Please read our terms and conditions before taking any of the services we offer in our website or office. Any person who makes use of the services offered by W Circuit Patagonia®, has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions, the reservation you make is subject to the following:
Reservation of Activities
If you wish to book an activity such as a program, excursion or transfer service, you must carefully read, understand and accept the conditions of each activity offered by W Circuit Patagonia®. The information can be found in the details of each activity on our website and in the office.
When you choose one of the activities and make the reservation, you must indicate the date, time and number of people that will perform the activity. After that, the purchase process will start through the payment method you have selected.
W Circuit Patagonia® has automatic confirmation and through executives, our activities are subject to confirmation (subject to availability). In both types of channels, you will make your reservation by paying online the advance or total amount indicated for the activity to be carried out. Once the reservation of the activity itinerary is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the same, along with a confirmation voucher, which will have the details of the service booked, the details of your payments made and pending.
If the reservation of an activity cannot be confirmed due to unavailability, the corresponding refund (commissions charged by your bank, we are not responsible) will be made by bank transfer or reversal of the charge, depending on the method of payment with which the reservation of the service was made, within a maximum period of 96 working hours.
The main client of the reservation must arrive at the destination where the activity will take place with the voucher confirming your reservation, which may be presented in digital format on your cell phone or printed (digital is recommended), if there is a balance to pay, you must pay the amount due directly in our office or transfer.
Payment Methods
The reservation services offered by our website, the user must make an online payment by debit card, bank transfer or credit card. In case the customer experiences any error in the transaction made through these payment methods, W Circuit Patagonia® undertakes to make the necessary arrangements with the responsible parties to help the customer solve the inconveniences.
Terms and Conditions
The minimum age to make purchases through our site is 18 years old; however, an adult may make reservations that include underage passengers, considering the minimum ages required for each activity within the site.
Cancellation of Purchase
The customer shall have the right to withdraw at any time, provided that the advance notice requested complies with the respective policy of cancellation and rescheduling of the activity, which is accessible in the description of the activity on our website.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 3 bis, letter b) of Law No. 19 496, W Circuit Patagonia® expressly states that it is company policy not to make changes or refunds in situations that do not comply with the respective cancellation and rescheduling policy of each activity.
There may be several reasons why a client may need to cancel or wish to retract the purchase made. If the cancellation is made within the deadlines stipulated in the cancellation policy of the corresponding activity, W Circuit Patagonia® will reimburse the total payment made for the reservation.
All cancellation requests must be made exclusively by e-mail to wcircuitpatagonia@gmail.com. Any other means of cancellation request will not be considered.
W Circuit Patagonia® may cancel a reservation for its own reasons or due to force majeure. In such case, W Circuit Patagonia® will contact the user by e-mail or phone call to notify the cancellation and reschedule the reservation, or cancel it definitively.
If a refund is required, it will be made by bank transfer or reversal of the charge, depending on the payment method used to book the service, within a maximum term of 96 hours.
After-sales service
We have a 24/7 customer service, where we are available to attend our clients' concerns and emergencies, in order to guarantee the completion of the committed services and that they have an excellent experience.
Before, during and after the service, you can send us any suggestions, comments or complaints directly through a form, or by email to postventa@wcircuitpatagonia.com, which will have a maximum response time of 96 business hours, as well as leave us your opinion on our social networks.
Address and Troubleshooting
For the effects of this contract of our services, the domicile is fixed in the city of Puerto Natales, Magallanes Region, Chile. Any difficulty that may arise between the parties regarding the application, interpretation, compliance, breach, validity or termination of this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of Justice of the commune of Puerto Natales, Magallanes Region, Chile.
