Please read the Terms and conditions prior to book any excursion/service offered on our website. By making use of our service(s) you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions described below:

 

RESERVATIONS

If you want to make a reservation (excursion, programmes, transfers), please carefully read the Terms and Conditions and ensure that you understand and accept the conditions for each activity offered by W Circuit Patagonia®. Information for each activity is described in detailed on our website.

 

Please, to make the reservation of any of our services indicate the date, time and number of persons. Afterwards you will be able to proceed with the payment according to the form of payment used to pay.

 

Since all our activities are subject to confirmation, depending on availability, W Circuit Patagonia® uses automatic confirmations and sales executives to confirm reservations. Payments need to be done in advance (in whole or in part as indicated by your sales executive) indicating the type of activity. Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a brief description of the service and the voucher with all the important information about the service and payment status.

 

If a reservation cannot be confirmed due to non-availability, we will reimburse the amount already paid (any applicable fees charged by your bank will be your responsibility) by bank transfer or a credit note, depending on the form of payment used to pay, and within the next few hours.

 

Since the voucher is your proof of purchase, customers need to bring a copy of the voucher (printed or digital) and present it upon commencement of your selected activity. In case of outstanding balance prior to the commencement of the activity, customers will have to pay the corresponding amount at the office or by bank transfer.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

To make a reservation of any of our services, payments must be made with debit/credit card or bank transfer. If customers experience problems in the online transaction using the payment methods explained before, W Circuit Patagonia® will carry out the necessary administrative tasks to support customers to resolve the issues.

 

CONDITIONS OF SALES CONTRACTS

The minimum age to purchase any of our services is 18 years old. Nonetheless, adults can make reservations including underage passengers, taking into consideration that some excursions require a minimum age to participate and will be noted accordingly.

 

CANCELLATION OF SERVICES

Customers may always cancel a tour if done prior to the cut-off time, explained in the cancellation and rescheduling policy, which customers can find on our website.

 

Under article 3º bis, letter b in the Law No 19496, W Circuit Patagonia® declares that, as a company’s policy, no changes or refunds will be considered unless the modifications or cancellations are in accordance with the cancellation and reschedule policy for each activity.

 

In the event of a cancellation or change of the service, if this is done prior to the cut-off time, as provided in the cancellation policy, W Circuit Patagonia® will refund the total amount of the reservation.

 

Customers may cancel a reservation, only by contacting us at the e-mail address: anulacion@wcircuitpatagonia.com . Otherwise, the cancellation will not be considered.

 

W Circuit Patagonia® may cancel a reservation for personal reasons or due to force majeure. In such case, W Circuit Patagonia® will contact the customer by e-mail or telephone to inform about the cancellation and either reschedule the reservation or cancel it.

 

If applicable, a refund will be made by bank transfer or credit note, depending on the form of payment used to pay, and within the next few hours.

 

 

AFTER-SALES SERVICING

We provide a 24/7 service, in which we keep an eye on the feedback of our customers and are available to respond our clients’ concerns and emergencies to guarantee your excursion is properly conducted and you have an excellent experience.

 

Customers may send their suggestions, comments or claims before, during and after the service. To do so, there is a form available or just write us to the following e-mail address: postventa@wcircuitpatagonia.com and we will answer within the next few hours. It is possible to share your opinion on our social networks too.

 

REGISTERED OFFICE – PLACE OF JURISDICTION

For the purposes of this contract, our registered offices of the company shall be situated in the city of Puerto Natales, Region of Magallanes, Chile. Any dispute that may arise between the Parties regarding the validity formation, performance, execution or termination of his contract shall be exclusively referrer to the territorial jurisdiction of the Court of Puerto Natales, región of Magallanes, Chile.
